ROTAS DESALINHADAS
Entre 2014-2015 e 2016-2017 foram realizados dois percursos semelhantes em função de suas características históricas (ambos traçados entre os séculos XVIII e XIX em Minas Gerais e seus arredores), mas diferentes em relação à codificação. A Estrada Real é um marco instituido no território, enquanto da Rota Imperial, realizada pelo topógrafo francês Anton Baptiste Caillé, pouco se houve falar. O que une essas duas experiências são as séries de desenhos panorâmicos que foram a base dos registros.
NORTESUL / LESTEOESTE contempla uma expedição realizada no início de 2018 entre Bahia e norte de Minas Gerais, em regiões com históricos tão distintos quanto os agenciamentos de seus territórios.
/ MISALIGNED ROUTES Between 2014-2015 and 2016-2017, two similar courses were carried out in function of their historical characteristics (both traced between the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries in Minas Gerais and its environs), but different in relation to codification. The Royal Road is a landmark established in the territory, while the Imperial Route, conducted by the French topographer Anton Baptiste Caillé, there was little talk. What unites these two experiences are the series of panoramic drawings that were the basis of the records. Northsouth / Eastwest features an expedition carried out at the beginning of 2018 between Bahia and northern Minas Gerais, in regions with histories as distinct as the exploration of their territories.
