COZINHA NOMADE

Durante a XI Bienal de Arquitetura de São Paulo realizamos o projeto "Todos os Nômades" que propunha um espaço de construção coletiva com as populações em trânsito da metrópole, que incluía refugiados, imigrantes e sem teto. O projeto foi ralizado nas areas externas do Teatro Mungunzá, localizado numa das áreas socialmente mais sensíveis do centro de São Paulo. Por questões práticas, criamos uma cozinha ao ar livre para não interrompermos as atividades construtivas ao longo do dia. Finalmente, o ato de cozinhar junto representou um importante forma de interação e troca, especialmente com as crianças do bairro que vivem em prédios ocupados em situações extremamente precárias. / KITCHEN NOMADE: During the XI São Paulo Biennial of Architecture we performed, in association with We are Here Zurich, the project "All the Nomads" that proposed a space of collective construction with the populations in transit of the metropolis, that included refugees, immigrants and homeless. The project was conducted in the external areas of the Mungunzá Theater, located in one of the most sensitive social areas in the center of São Paulo. For practical reasons, we have created an outdoor kitchen so that we do not interrupt the constructive activities during the day for aousid lunchs. Finally, the act of cooking together represented an important form of interaction and exchange, especially with neighborhood children. mostly living in squatet buildings in extremely precarious situations.
