Um percurso circular saindo do hotel até a montanhas que se avistavam do deck, uma possibilidade de se conectar sem muita mediação com os habitantes de viñales: guarda florestal, o plantador de tabaco, o enrolados de charutos, os produtores de mel da montanha, o moço da carroça, o senhor da água de coco, os alpinstas da caverna, os fazendeiros orgânicos.
